Purpose of membership
Gespant membership may provide approved business users with access to selected product documents and account features. It does not automatically confer dealer status, pricing rights or agency authority.
Application and review
Applicants should submit accurate and current personal, contact and company information. Applications may be reviewed for security and business suitability; submission does not guarantee approval.
Account security
Users must protect credentials, choose secure passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Account transfers or shared use may require permission.
Authorized documents
Restricted documents may be used only for permitted business purposes. Copyright, trademark, confidentiality and usage notices must remain intact; access does not transfer ownership.
Updating information
Changes to company, role or contact details may require updates. Certain changes may be subject to verification for security reasons.
Prohibited activity
False accounts, impersonation, unauthorized document distribution, bypassing security controls, malicious uploads and service disruption are prohibited.
Suspension and closure
Access may be restricted for security risks, misleading information, violations or legal requirements. Users may request account closure; statutory retention duties are assessed separately.
Personal information
Membership data is addressed in the Personal Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy. Accepting membership terms does not replace separate explicit consent where legally required.
Commercial relationships
Account approval does not constitute acceptance of an offer or a sales contract. Prices, delivery and other terms require separate written agreement.
